Prior to taking on any dog walking, cat or pet sitting client, We Animals will meet with you and your pet at a suitable time to talk to you about our services, provide you with all information required and should you wish to book some paperwork would need to be completed, prior to starting.
Group Dog Walking - Monday to Friday, from £14 each dog, per 60 mins
(additional dogs from the same household, from £12 per dog, per hour – to a maximum of 4 dogs)
Individual Dog Walk - Monday to Friday, from £17 each dog, per 30 mins | Saturday or Sunday, £20 per 30 mins
Pet Home Visits - from £12 per 30 mins, per pet (can be extended if required - discounts for more than 1 pet per household)
House & Live In Pet Sitting - Prices start from £50 per night (approx. 8-10 hours), day sits and 24 hour pet care at your place, can be organised by prior arrangement
Pet Taxi - £20 per local journey – each way
Key Collection or Drop Off - £7 per local trip, each way (plus travelling charge, if 4 miles or over from our EH13 postcode) – key collection is included in our initial free consultation. Most clients opt to use our complementary key holding facility for subsequent bookings but if we have to collect each time, a flat fee is payable
Pet visits/walks - before 9am and after 6pm or at a weekend, carry a £6 supplement each visit/walk.
* A full hutch/cage or litter box clean costs £10 (cleaning products & materials must be provided by owner)
Pet Feeding - £0 per visit – this is FREE and included in all visits & walks, all bowls will be emptied, cleaned, replenished and fresh water provided

Payments & Methods
All payments are required to be paid in full, a week in advance.
If cancelling 48 hours’ notice is required, otherwise the missed service will be charged at the full normal rate. This policy is to compensate us for lost revenue from turning away other business to honour your booking.
A weeks written notice is required from each party, if neither side wishes to proceed with service.
Payments can be made via BACS, Cash, Credit Card or PayPal (you do not require an account to use this service). Cheque can be accepted if service is required 7 working days prior to starting.

Sort code and account number will be provided to you if paying via this method.
For Credit & Debit Cards:
We accept most major credit & debit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS via our PayPal Business – Invoicing Account.
If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry. You can select to pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest. Simply select this option on the PayPal checkout screen, once we invoice you).
For standing orders:
All regular dog walking/pet visit payments must be paid weekly in advance. We ask that a standing order is set up, to debit from your account each Friday.
An invoice receipt will be issued for all transactions.
• PLEASE NOTE - Christmas Eve & Day and Boxing Day, New Years Eve, 1st & 2nd of Jan - For all pet services delivered on 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st of December and 1st & 2nd of January double rates apply. Weekends, early mornings (before 9am) and late evenings (after 6pm) attract an extra charge of £6 per visit or walk.
